Prominent Fluid Controls WA is seeking a motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our small, dynamic team at our Belmont, WA office. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing light administrative support while liaising with local and interstate staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries with a strong focus on service and support

• Processing orders and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams

• Assisting with light administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records

• Liaising with local and interstate staff to ensure smooth operations

Key Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

• A background in Water Treatment, Pump Systems or Chemical dosing is an advantage but not essential.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
